The students studying in our partner universities around the world can apply to study at Chulalongkorn Business School for a semester or a year by paying tuition fees to your University. As per our Exchange Program agreement, you will be exempt from paying tuition fees to Chulalongkorn University during the exchange period. This will allow you to take classes here and transfer credits back to your school.

  Eligibility:
To be able to join our Exchange Program, you have to be nominated by your home university. Also, different universities have different rules regarding transfer credits. To avoid any potential problems, we recommend that you obtain approval in writing before joining the Exchange Program
 
  Application Process:
Step 1: Online Nomination by ​Partner University
The exchange coordinator of your home university will receive an email regarding the BBA online nomination from the exchange coordinator of Chulalongkorn Business School around 1 month before the nomination period.  Please feel free to contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you have updated contact person who are authorized to submit a nomination. 

The nomination period and deadline will be as follows:

 
  April 1 - 30 for incoming Fall Semester.
  September 1 - 30 for incoming Spring Semester

Very important notes:
  1. For partners where an exchange agreement is university wide only (no direct agreement with Chulalongkorn Business School), it is a must that you contact our Central University Office of International Affairs (OIA) for the first step of nomination: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.So, there are 2 nominations for you: the first one for Central OIA and the second one for BBA. Be sure that you contact them by the OIA's deadline and before you submit your nomination through our BBA system as we cannot receive your students directly and your nomination for the BBA might fail. ​​
  2. If you have signed agreements at both levels: university and business school, you are suggested to submit your nomination to our BBA system right away. You do not need to contact our central OIA for nomination to avoid any confusion. ​​
  3. For partners where the number of students (business students only) we have exchanged is significantly imbalanced at the moment, we might be able to receive 1 student. So, please feel free to contact me directly before you submit a nomination to our BBA system.  
 
Step 2:​ ​Online ​Application by Students 
​After nomination has been submitted, students will automatically receive instruction for application by email. They are required to fill in an online form.
​The following supporting documents ​are required to upload during:
  ​​April 1 - 30 for incoming Fall Semester
  September 1 - 30 for incoming Spring Semester
1.  Polite Color photo  (A photo must be clear, straight face, not showing teeth, white shirt (not T-shirt) and plain background)
2.  ID page of the student’s passport
3.  Recent academic transcript (with English translation if applicable) Grade point average 2.5 or C+ in the 4 - point scale US system or equivalent.
4.  Proof of the English language proficiency is not required if English is a medium of instruction. Otherwise, a letter from your school to certify language skills is required.
5.  Letter from home school certifying that you have been approved to join a semester with the BBA Program - Chulalongkorn Business School  within a student exchange mobility. 
6.  Appropriate insurance coverage while living in Thailand. (Health & Accident)

Please note that
  ​​Only complete applications with all required supporting documents uploaded can be processed.
  ​​Admission will be processed and letter of acceptance for visa application will be sent out to both your school and students electronically rather than in hard copy.
    ​​by May 30 for incoming Fall Semester
    ​​by October 30 for incoming Spring Semester
 
  ​​Students will be in contact with the exchange coordinator of Chulalongkorn Business School by the above dates for the up-to-date information such as course list, accommodation, arrival form, buddy program, online registration and important schedules. 
 
  Tentative Course List and Course Syllabus
Please note that this is a tentative course list and the links for course syllabus in the previous semesters are included. You can just refer to this information for an idea and study plan or when you complete the BBA online application.  It is also important that you contact your school in advance for course approval. However, the most updated course list and timetable for the semester that you are going to join will be different from the tentative course list, and it is expected to be available around 1 month prior to the start of the semester. So, you are strongly suggested to have contingency to adjust your plan.
